Spring Onion Capsicum Dosa


Ingredients :-

• Dosa batter - 3 cup

• Spring onion - 1/2 cup ( chopped)

• Red Capsicum - 1/2 cup ( chopped )

• Oil / ghee

For making dosa batter

• Raw rice ( pachari ) - 1 1/2 cup

• Urad Dal - 1/2 cup

• Fenugreek Seeds - 1/2 tsp

• Salt to taste

Dosa batter preparation:-

1. Wash and soak rice and urad dal in water for 4 hrs.

2. Grind them together to a batter ,with fenugreek seeds and let it aside to ferment for  8 hrs.

3. After fermentation, add salt and mix well.

Spring onion dosa preparation:-



1. Heat tawa, pour a ladleful of batter over it and spread it in circular shape.



2. Drizzle 1/2 tsp of oil / ghee around the dosa and sprinkle chopped vegetables over it.



3. Cover it and cook for 2 minutes .When the edges are light brown,  flip it and cook for another 2 minutes.



Spring Onion Capsicum Dosa is ready.


Serve it hot with coconut chutney or any thing other curry
