Egg Kemma


Ingredients:-

•  Boiled eggs - 4 (chopped )

•  Raw egg - 1

•  Onion - 1 Large (finely chopped)

•  Tomato - 2 (finely chopped or Pureed)

•  Green peas - 1/2 cup ( boiled )

•  Ginger-Garlic paste - 2 tsp

•  Green chillies - 3 (sliced)

•  Corriander powder - 1/2 tsp

•  Red chilli powder -  1 tsp (as required)

•  Garam masala - 1/4 tsp

•  Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

•  Cumin powder - 1 tsp

•  Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp

•  Salt - as required

•  Oil - 2 tsp

•  Corriander  leaves to garnish






Preparation:-

1. Heat oil in a skillet, add mustard seeds, when it splutters, add onion,suate it till it turns brown. Then add ginger-garlic paste.

2. Add the tomato and suate it till the oil oozes out from it,then add the green chilli, all powders (except garam masala) and salt.

3. Leave the mixture till it turns brown,stir in between.Add one raw egg and mix well.

4. Add the chopped eggs and cooked peas and mix well with the gravy, if needed add 1/2 cup water and bring them to boil in medium heat for few minutes.

5. Add garam masala and mix well with gravy. Now egg kemma is ready. Granish with corriander leaves.

Serve hot with chappathi / Naan / Rice
